How do I create an account?
To create an account click on “My Account” at the top right of the website and select “Register.”
What if customers want to cancel their order?
Customers can cancel their order for a full refund once the order status has not changed to “In Transit”.
What if an item is out of stock in store?
The customer will be contacted if an item is out-of-stock suggesting a replacement based on similar items available in-store.
What are your delivery hours?
The current delivery hours are between the hours of 7:30 am and 11:00 am.
How much does it cost to get a shopping order delivered?
All of our pricing is clearly posted on the site to be reviewed before placing an order. We only charge a shopping and delivery fee. We don’t mark up the products.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept cash or credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discovery). We collect cash payments upon delivery. Card payments are processed once an order is placed.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is EC $ 25.00.
Do I have to create an account to shop?
No. You can browse products and service information without creating an account. You can add items to your cart and create an account at checkout.
Can I order from more than one store?
Yes, we shop at any store you select. Each store has its own service charge.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Payments processed on a card can be refunded within 1-5 business days. Cash payments are non-refundable, only exchanges can be made. All items will be inspected upon/before delivery for full functionality.
